STANDARD AGREEMENT TERMS: 1. Our Technical Support, Maintenance & Training. Unlimited email technical support and one (1) hour phone /training/maintenance/technical support is included in all service packages monthly. Maintenance may include minor fixes (textual changes, logo change, new agent photo, etc.) Additional hours needed will be billed at our standard rates. Change requests will normally be completed within (3) business days of receipt via email to your account manager. 2. Service Plans. Monthly service plans including hosting are a requirement and are based on a 12-month agreement from the date of sale and requires a major credit card. After 12 month period, contract continues on month-to-month basis. Should you wish to cancel, you must notify On Target Strategies Inc, in writing or via email, to terminate the account services and avoid further monthly hosting charges. It is your responsibility to secure confirmation from On Target Strategies Inc that the request for termination has been received and no further hosting fees will be billed. 3. Additional Changes. Any changes other than those changes allowed in the original assignment, in the structure of format, customization to templates, the structure of database, the flow chart, picture(s), text, and any other unexpected modifications will result in additional custom design and/or web programming charges. 4. Website Design & Production. On Target Strategies Inc. reserves all rights to provided design options and proprietary programming. Time of launch assumes the customer will make all technical and graphic decisions within one (1) business day of submission and promptly provide all requested materials within a week of contract signing. IDX, VOW and other MLS links/feeds are separate and should be paid to your chosen provider. We are not responsible for photos provided (if copyrighted). Website launches require written approval via email by the customer. 5. A Domain Name Registration. Services and technical support can be accessed at domains.realestatewebsitemasters.com and are provided by Godaddy.com. 6. A default in Payment. In the event of cancellation or default in payment, ownership of all copyrights and any original artwork created shall be retained by On Target Strategies Inc. 7. Client accepts website and related products in 'as is' condition and understands all Sales are Final. Setup fees cannot be refunded. Any outstanding balances will be charged 30 days from the date of sale to the credit card on file. On Target Strategies Inc cannot be responsible for delayed payment on completed work due to client delays. 8. Direct website files or database access are not granted with this license. We reserve all rights and protect all intellectual property under Canadian Federal laws. Marketing services: Results. We cannot guarantee or promise natural rankings, nobody can. Our services are 100% white hat and fall within the guidelines and standards that the search engines provide to get your site ranked naturally. Contracts. BrandingPro, TrafficPro and LeadPro are all based on a 90 Day contract unless otherwise specified in this order. All monthly services including Custom Paid Search Marketing, BrandingPro, TrafficPro, LeadPro, Link Building and SEO Content Pages will continue to be billed to the credit card on file on a month-to-month basis after the initial contract term expires unless cancelled in writing 30 days prior to contract expiration. Contracts that are broken before the agreed upon contract term expires may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the total project price. Cancellations. Some cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. All cancellations must be provided at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle in writing (email or fax). We do not accept cancellations over the phone.
